The client is a well-known cross-border e-commerce platform operator. The client hopes to improve its automation level and address existing pain points in warehouse and logistics management through intelligent logistics and thus ensure delivery efficiency and enhance the shopping experience for buyers.

A WZ-FT2000 Pallet Handling Robot is used on the project site, according to the working conditions, to transport goods to the designated location through laser SLAM navigation. This achieves efficient and flexible dynamic obstacle avoidance and dynamic motion path planning.

Combined with the "Sky Eye" system + RCS, the robot realizes automated handling and monitoring management in the warehouse. Picked goods are moved to the AMR picking area manually or by forklift. After the "Sky Eye" system recognizes the goods and the destination stock location, the RCS automatically generates a handling task and dispatches idle pallet handling robots to transport the goods to the destination. The entire task process does not require manual issuance of handling tasks, saving time, effort, and worry.

Core Technology

◆ Laser SLAM Navigation System

The Laser SLAM Navigation system can adapt to highly dynamic environments without the need to set markers on site. The system can automatically update the map, with a stable navigation accuracy of ±10 mm.

◆ "Sky Eye" System

The "Sky Eye" system can automatically identify the types, quantities, and storage status of different storage locations through deep learning algorithms. The system can select optimal pick-up and drop-off locations for AMRs, helping AMRs to quickly locate target locations and accurately complete handling tasks.

◆ Intelligent Scheduling System

Based on a task scheduling algorithm, the scheduling system optimizes dynamic paths and capacity configurations for AMRs to avoid transportation path conflicts. This ensures efficient collaboration of multiple AMRs in operation tasks and improves overall work efficiency.
